Open an email draft

Desktop app

Uses your configured email-link handler. Choose Outlook as the default to open its desktop app; a browser handler may open webmail instead.

Microsoft 365 web

Opens a new browser tab with a prefilled subject and message. Sign in to your work account if asked.

Attach the downloaded PDF manually with either option. If sign-in clears the message, use Copy draft text below. These buttons do not send email.
